Warranty term
Dowgoki 3D offers a 1-year limited warranty for all 3D printers and a 1-month for extruder parts. If any parts are broken within the warranty period, Dowgoki 3D will send free parts. If any parts are broken and cannot be repaired, Dowgoki 3D will replace them for you or you may return them for a refund. Warranty services are specified in the full warranty terms.
Return Policy
Dowgoki 3D has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The customers need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
We'll bear the freight cost if the return is caused by logistics damage, product quality, or the wrong items. Otherwise, the customers need to bear the freight cost.
To start a return, you can contact us at dowgoki@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for artificially damaged items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on refurbished items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us and return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship you the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
